I can't seem to find what I'm looking for on Wyoming g and f website. I know deadline to apply is the 31st of January but my question is when paying with a credit card does payment come out immediantly or does charges come out if drawn?

The payment comes out immediately and if you are not drawn your credit card is credited back.
