wyoming should apply the same idea but unit specific if the unit has less then 150 bull tags they all go to residents

I must have missed that part. All I heard was him saying NRs are getting hammered on the fees.

I was laughing when that amendment was adopted.

Literally could decrease revenue over current app fees.

Does this mean NR's will start paying $75 come July 2025?

Regs still state $15, but that's right now.
