working out for back country elk

So I toted 2000 lbs of flooring down 2 flights of steps today in 3 hrs, so am I ok for the day or do I still need to hit the treadmill ? I mean dont want to be a little girl and weezel out

It's not the same as a backpack full of 50# of Sand. The hunting gods KNOW if you are just mailing it in...;)
 
Ha...I couldn't resist though a close friend who is a doctor (PT but still a doctor) and yoga instructor says the pelvic floor muscle workout is pretty dang important for man stuff.;) I mean not everything is for being Elk Tough or whatever they call it :LOL:

Just crack a beer and order a pizza. The hard work for the day is done. You should be able to carry the whole elk out on your back in 1 trip now come fall. ;)
well not wanting to brag but Ive done it before
no more flooring darn!!!!! so im back on the treadmill
