WI bear harvested

Hey guys just got back from northern wisconsin and had a tough hunt.Bears were hard to get in front of.I ened up shooting this 275# boar on the 5th evening of a 5 day hunt.Very happy with this bear and I got to hunt with a great group of guys

Now it will be another 9yrs till I draw a tag here in my home state

Yep 760 gamemaster 30-06 that my fatherinlaw gave to my 3yr old so I put a older leupold 3-9 on it and sighted it in with 165gr accubonds I figured it would fit the bill for hunting bear over bait and it worked great.Now the gun will get cleaned up and go in the safe until the boy is big enough to handle the kickin SOB. This was my first bear thanks everyone

Nice bear, dry as a popcorn fart down here by Marshfield. Pretty bad up north too? Last tag I got was for zone A . Might still be a couple years for another. How many points did you have?
