Bought Tillamook twice because of this thread. I have yet to be disappointed and that’s eating it smoked and straight out of the package.

I have 3/4 of a tub of Mud Slide. Last night I topped it with some crushed Peanut M&Ms. It's a marriage made in heaven.

Actually, the best cheese in the world is cougar gold. However my blue-collar lifestyle does not allow the purchase of it very often. If you are ever in Pullman, grab a can. You will thank me.

I prefer the Viking pepper jack. I do like the Cougar Gold though. Living close to Pullman has advantages.

Absolutely freezing outside tonight, so we opted to sit by the wood burner and tuck into, mature cheddar, wensleydale with cranberries, a lovely stilton made locally, cheese biscuits and some beautiful port!
