Utah Draw Results 2025

Dumped my gen deer points in a group app with my best buddy as well as a guy I met in Hawaii on a hunt. Should be fun.

I drew my first choice general archery deer tag as a resident with about 80% odds. Last year, I didn't even pull that off. I'll take it!

Dad drew an antelope tag we are pretty excited for. Nice to have something on the calendar for September.

the semi-live if any just may be titled:

Diamond Double as we attempt to harvest two great bulls from one unit

or

Diamond Double Double

the latter cuz I have two elk tags with a Diamond Mountain located in the unit in two different states.

Regardless will be a fun August and September even before my wife draws Colo moose or I draw NV sheep!
I'll be looking for Khunter and friend(s) on the mountain. 18 years in for me, Diamond Double semi-live hunts incoming.

My cousins and I drew our general deer tags for the later rifle season. Excited to spend time with them this Fall 👍🏻

Congrats. That's a hunt that looks very fun and very difficult. I hope the weather treats you well and that you have a great hunt!
Weather will be a factor that can make or break the hunt, but regardless it is going to be one heck of a fun hunt!
And I'm all for high risk, high reward. I had 4 points.
This will be my best legitimate chance at a 380"+ considering how the new elk management plan is going to destroy the trophy potential/age class for Utah elk in the next 2-3 years.

No dice for me. But my kid drew this with 0 points. Pretty happy right now!

I don't know how many tags the unit had, but between me and your kid we have two of them. Now the planning starts! I saw the thread and opened my email to see the message came through at 1020 so I was only seven minutes behind. Can't really believe it happened.

Might want to turn that in based on the drought conditions. They’ll all be dead, or broken to nubs by the time your hunt starts. If 380 is your goal - might wanna start practicing witchcraft..
There were 5+ 400" bulls killed on the unit last year.
I'm not sure if you are familiar with how good the beaver is right now.
Yes most of the biggest bulls will be killed and or possibly broken by the late archery hunt, but anything 350"+ will make me happy.
The beaver is below average on snowpack, but it has gotten a lot of moisture in the past month. And we are looking at rain storms almost everyday for the next week.
I've spoken to the 2 best outfitters in the unit and they anticipate it will be a good growth year.
