Tundra or Another F-150

Hands down Tundra, pre 2019 get the factory trans cooler. Tundras are the most American made truck.... F150"s are Mexican trucks. A Tundra with 200,000 miles is still younger than a F150 at 75,000 miles. No comparison in reliability and longevity.

Tundra might or might not be the better truck depending if it has a v8 or not. However …

Ford F-150 trucks are assembled at two main U.S. plants: the Dearborn Truck Plant in Dearborn, Michigan (part of the historic Rouge Complex, which also handles the electric F-150 Lightning), and the Kansas City Assembly Plant in Claycomo, Missouri (near Kansas City). These facilities produce various trims, including gasoline, hybrid, and electric models, using advanced manufacturing for high-volume output—like over 1,000 trucks daily at the Missouri plant. While some components come from suppliers in North America (including Canada and Mexico), final assembly happens only at these U.S. sites. You can check a specific truck’s origin via its VIN (11th digit indicates the plant).
