Breaking the rules again, because again I found some surprises on the card when I was cleaning it up. These would have been throwaways except I noticed when scrolling through that, like the gadwall above, they are both banded. That's 3 random banded birds in a month.

Was a crazy crosswind when we landed in Atlanta today, one of the squirreliest landings I've been on, Coastie that was with me said he was glad he wasn't landing one the Hercs.

We saw one in October 2023 at 8500-9000 ft in the White River National Forest in Colorado. I was pretty sure it didn't get there on its own either.
