There is a river where in virtually the same stretch,I have over the years, landed brown trout, rainbows, carp, pike, and walleye. All on a fly.
I decided a few days back to take a few fish home to eat.

Archery season ended this weekend with zero elk seen or heard, one mountain lion at 20 yards, and one grizzly kill site walked up on. To rifle season we go.
