1st try at jalapeño poppers. Bacon/green onion/cream cheese filling. Had extra filling so made a couple tomato popper sandwiches. Produce fresh picked from a local Wadmalaw farm. Mmmmm good! Wifey loved the tomatoes the best.

The wind is getting bad now. This was on hot pavement earlier today. Real temp was 111. I’ll take -30 in Carhartt coveralls over this any day.

We grow Roma tomatoes just to make stuffed tomato poppers. Always a big hit.
