Spent my Sunday getting ready for work. Flight Week is here again.

Meant to post yesterday, but between all this I cleaned out the freezers from the 20-21 seasons and made 15lbs of bacon burger, 5lbs of maple breakfast sausage, 5lbs of sweet Italian and around 7lbs of chipotle bourbon. I even found half a turkey and a hog quarter, several whole shoulders and a neck. Cooking a shoulder tomorrow.
Anyway, tested out new twig stove wife got me and new pan with the salmon. Took baby girl out to the arboretum here. We started walking down a wooded trail and I spotted a bedded doe about 75yds into the woods, sun was hitting her perfectly. No pics as baby girl decided to start being the spawn of satan and we scared deer off, came home to multiple butt bustings.

Road Moose !! Came over the ridge from my evening deer hunt to see moosie walking down the road just a few hundred yards from my truck , she was more curious about me than anything, after I took a few pics, then I headed down the hill towards the truck , she just stood there and watched me the entire time and never moved


Got to the road she’s still watching me , so I took another pic without my binos
