Me neither lol. That’s slick, haven’t seen one of those in person!
That is good to know. Lifetime warranty?Buddy got that techonic I think last year. He hates that he spent the money because the latches are all breaking from them being cheap quality plastic. He is using it as a work truck and it gets it abuse im sure but I think id like it better if it was all aluminum construction
I was looking at those hard aluminum roll ups as well.I’ve had the roll-up canvas type - less secure and doesn’t look as clean but pretty handy overall. I’ve had a tri-fold - looked really nice and more secure but wasn’t easily removable (removing in itself wasn’t terrible, but reinstalling required a lot of little tweaks to align everything every time) and when it was folded up it blocked the back window. Probably wouldn’t recommend that. I think my favorite option is the hard retractable ones, as long as you don’t haul dirt bikes in the bed - the cassette gets in the way of the tire reaching the front of the bed.
What's it like removing if you want to use the whole bed?I had a Diamondback on a work pickup. That’s the route I would go, or similar. Hard to break into, solid so you can put an ATV or a bunch of gear on top.
I never removed it so I can’t say. What's it like removing if you want to use the whole bed?
