Relax, Everything is Going to be Okay!

Naaa, he's not anyone I would associate with at work or anywhere else.

It's pretty low budget to bash your fellow employees and the place you've worked that has paid your bills for 25 years publicly. I would also expect a 25 year employee to understand company policy that's worked there that long.

He sounds pretty incompetent and ineffective if the only way he believes he can impact change or direction at his place of work is by breaking company policy and crying like a little bitch to another outside news outlet.

I have no issue with internal disputes, disagreements, policy arguments, etc. in fact in a decent place to work its encouraged. Sometimes you get your way, sometimes you don't but it should end there.

What I despise, and what I have ZERO tolerance for is anyone that is such a loser that when they don't get their way, they take their grievances public. It truly is what losers do.

If you're that ineffective at getting your point across, or your point is not valid, or you just can't come to consensus, then pack your bags and leave. Burning bridges professionally is not a good idea.

I don't tolerate that kind of crap and don't have any use for people like him. Life it too short to associate with people like that.

Actually it was a smokescreen to eliminate NOVA. We don't need no more stinkin' factual scientific information ... it ruins the pointed ideology and exciting conspiracy theories!
Right, and there's nothing I hate more than having to watch that vagrant Dick Proenneke build that cabin in Alaska again. What a bum.

Good to see the cult is alive and well. Killing Kermit and Elmo will solve all America’s problems.
The cults are always strong whether its the trump cult or the liberal cult neither side is ever wrong its funny to see some of the stuff you guys cry about. When there is alot more important stuff to be worried about. A news agency getting federal funding in this day and age is the least of most people's worries.

Since Kermit and Elmo were mostly on TV (PBS)...doubtful that cuts to National Public RADIO will impact them.
Fair. PBS gets less than 15% of its funding (via local stations so not all stations are likely at the same level) via CPB. But if we want to be truly accurate, Sesame Street is produced by Sesame Workshop. PBS has no role in its production either. And Sesame Street airs on HBO, HBO Max, and now Netflix in addition to PBS not to mention some 140 countries not called USA. So hard to see how the loss of a small percentage of PBS funding is going to shut down Sesame Workshop and all their little furry puppets. Pretty brittle business case if it does.

Agree. But the “more important stuff” is not this Admins specialty. There is good news though. New talk of stimmy checks…

the democrats are it it again attacking hunting

Before long mike lee will be on his quest to sell public land

Its unfortunate really hunters are either far left or far right not many in the middle. You can see the political bias in these threads

This is Hunttalk. We'll argue about anything. ;)

I suspect there are quite a few hunters that are opposed to baiting bears, or other big game, ymmv.

I dont even hunt bears not real my thing but they need managed and I know baiting is a effective way to manage mature bears.

Its just like anything else it is a target they think they can get once they have that what's next liberals only goal for hunting is to slowly take it away one thing at a time. If anyone thinks its any different they are a fool.
