Plate ‘em up

The garden is in full production mode.
Burger with lettuce and onion from the garden as well as broiled zucchini and salad with spinach out of the back yard.
I was never a big fan of summer, it's flat out hot at my job, but growing veggies and fruit in the back yard helps make it bearable.

Tried some smoked onions courtesy of @shannerdrake providing the idea. 4 hours and still had some crunch in the center but not bad. Kinder's buttery garlic and herb seasoning. Kroger Dr. K seasoned ribs that I picked up on sale. Strange taste, would not recommend. Au gratin taters to round out the plate. Yeah, I know. Fancy plate. Needed the room! 🙄
