Is that all you did? Shanks and wine? That sounds like it’s right down my aisle!
Oh boy...just winged it so don’t remember exact quantities but it was simple. Wine for the acid, beef broth, salt of course, and chopped garlic. Could have used another aromatic of some sort. I wanted to use rosemary but I was out, so left it at that. Wine added a hint of sweet to the savory.
