Excellent smoke ring!! How did you do them?
SPG, pellet grill on low and high smoke for 3 hours then turned up to 250. Stalled at 180 so I wrapped in butcher paper, upped temp to 300 until I hit 200 internal and probed like butter. Rested a short half hour because I was hungry!
 
Will, I would like to do a destination vacation for a week just to eat and party with you and your family. You guys always look to be having a blast and eating as fine as it gets
I was thinking the same thing. You can tell by the way he cooks he's a solid guy.
