I rubbed a pork shoulder in carnita seasoning on Friday night and smoked it for about 6 hours. I put it in the crock pot yesterday and then shredded it. Every morning before I will get out my days ration and crisp it in a cast iron skillet, top with onion, cheese, sour cream, and cilantro. Give it a sqqueeze of lime juice for good measure.
 
Every Sunday I precook my breakfast and lunch for work . What do you prepare?
This week I did grilled hot dogs and some saurkraut for lunch and a breakfast casserole with egg, hashbrowns, deer bacon, and cheddar cheese.

Also for a snack I have a bag of venison snack sticks.

We do this a lot. Grilled hot dogs and some sauerkraut. Sauerkraut from last years garden, and Moose dogs, Hot link, Cheese dog, polish, kalbasa.
