I decided to re-paint the Syn stock on my .338.
The stock is a Borden Rimrock. I used Lauer/Dura0coat paint. It's bullet proof..

I like it, that looks very good. Are you experienced or could a rookie like me get results close to that good?

That's my second stock paint job. It looks better than the first.
Key is having access to a shop with compressed air and a small paint gun.

Green ? It's been green for six weeks. 85% today, summers coming.

Very nice! I'm probably going to try one of the duracoat kits on a recently bought used rifle. No I need to decide if I want to go with a speckle finish like that, which I do like, or one of their camo kits.

Love it man, and your taste in rifles. My MKII's are paddle stock, not sure what a custom job on those would look like>? Does it shoot better now? :)
Nice work.

Looks great. I would love to do that on a plain black stock I have but am worried it would not look nearly as good as that.
