As non-resident, drew Devil’s Ridge though that area above Del Rio has been morphed into different hunt choices in recent years. Took about 10 points before my name got drawn. No bag limit on exotics when I hunted.Nice, which area did you draw the auodad? Me, my buddies, n oldest grandson can’t draw sh*t!!!
I had gathered quite a few points on my own but I want my friends to go w me; especially a bud from Montana, so my point totals took a severe hit!!! Slowly building back up again. N my grandson has 4 points on everything now, the only problem w that is the youngest grandson turns 8 in mid February, so if he happens to draw before the oldest….well, u can imagine the hell that will be raised!!!As non-resident, drew Devil’s Ridge though that area above Del Rio has been morphed into different hunt choices in recent years. Coyote showed up first. Bobby drifted in about 30 minutes later. His right foot was missing. He weighed 35lbs and had plenty of fat on him.
That is one of the biggest Bobcats I have seen...very impressive!View attachment 397314One from the archives…

That’s “Trapper”, he was one of the best decoy dogs I’ve ever had. He lived to be 13 1/2. I got him as a pup in 1989… I think of him often. That dog is dead serious. mtmuley
