Green pheasant, Kalij pheasant, Hawaii Blue pheasant. I don't know if these are different names for the same bird, but they aren't ringnecks. Maybe somebody here has bird hunted there and can fill us in. Hawaii has Japanese quail too, I guess.

Just kidding you Billy. I would say all pheasants in NA are exotics.

I'm going to say Californioa... because they wont let me have a Tule Elk tag...only let residents hunt them unless you buy a landowner tag at $25,000.00. I need one to finish the elk slam..

Course as a resi you really don't stand much of better chance to complete that slam- I've only been trying for about 30 years....

I will admit that it chaps my ass that I have less than 2 tenths of a percent chance of drawing a sheep tag and its open to NR's but thats the game and I can either gag it down or move. It is crazy though that they offer sheep when there is only 14 tags but not elk/goats at 250+ |oo

Bwaaaaaaaaa! Trade? You would have to trade a hunt and then some. What hunt would anyone from the west trade to hunt the east? There's nothing on the east coast that would make a fair trade - well, maybe a guaranteed Moose Tag in Maine.

I would say Nevada. Try and get a tag there, even as a resident it sucks to draw. Is there anything good over the counter there? I dont know, just a thought. of course the tags are awsome if you draw but a lot of good that does every 12 years
