I used to steal my mom's value 100s and then sell them for $.50 each to other kids on the shortcut path in the woods walking home from school. I never smoked em, but sure did buy me a lot of mountain dew and skittles.

I'm all for capitol punishment televised or not. Steal, cut off a finger...or a hand....etc..etc...Not sure putting it on TV matters.
