Since we are saying NO to outfitter sponsored tags now they are trying for more landowner sponsored tags. Each landowner can get 10 tags to handout to there friends.

Each landowner who owns 640 acres or more. You don't even have to have elk on your land.

So get those 10 tags & sell 'em to your neighbor so you too can cash in on the Montana Legislature's war on elk.

Perhaps, at this juncture we should start working on a Ballot Initiative that covers many fronts! Hopefully, there is not even more bad wildlife/hunting legislation in the pipeline??? I will have carpal tunnel syndrome after writing all the opposition e-mails from this legislative session!

Think about it from the perspective of a large family that owns many properties, yet operate under the same corporate structure, including the outfitting portion: 6 owners listed, that's 60 elk licenses for free, that you can then sell or use as bait for your outfitting services. That doesn't count the other B10's that your dudes can put in for, so it's a double dip of magnificent proportions and ultimately, it's ranching for wildlife and the privatization of wildlife in Montana.

We can fight them. We did it in 2011, 2013, 2015 and so many other sessions without relying on the backstop of a Democratic Governor. We did it by sticking together, slogging it out and raising the $*)Q!#@$ roof until the walls shook.

It's time to really shake these walls.
