Considering your tag as a resident cost 57 dollars I guess I know which side of the pool those lo tags should come from to benefit the state if they are gonna sell them at nr price. I have 3 bull tags right now for 25 and im sitting on 12 points for elk in Wyoming. You guys are already pushing a 90/10 split and people are starting to bail push this thru and put your boot on the nr throat harder and it will become a revenue issue eventually. As it sits when I draw I’ll probably walk away from Wyoming.
[/tildes.
Please explain my wyoming should cater to you and your 3 bull tags so it would be easier to get a fourth? There is a line out the door for NR elk tags. The state elected officials have listened to its people and chose to priorize resident hunters over non residents. There is an enormous demand to hunt in wyoming. Please don't tell me wyoming has its foor on your throat. You obviously have time and money to burn, but not everything is for sale.
My $57 dollar elk tag goes in the freezer, not on the wall, not on Instagram, not for some kind of excessive ego boost. If you want to shoot 3 bulls a year go do it. I think it's a bit excessive and clearly about horns, but you do what makes you happy within the law.
