Left-hand Shootn' Irons

Let's see some left-hand rifles. Here are my killers.


Ruger .308 American with SWFA SS 6x scope. Preferred load-CFE223 powder under a 150-grain Interlock at 2934 fps.


Remington SPS 7 mag, Bell and Carlson stock with Leupold 3.5-10 W/B&C reticle. Preferred load, Re 25 powder under a 160 Nosler Partition at 3006fps.



Savage 7 mag, with Bushnell Elite 4-12x scope with bullet drop reticle. After-market stock, but don't remember what it is. Preferred load-Re22 under a 140 Accubond or 139 Hornady Interlock loaded to a bit over 3100fps. The Ab is a bit faster, but both are 1/2-1 moa shooters, as are both other rifles.

This is my left-handed-right-action rem 700 bdl in .264 win mag with a borden stock and a burris scope. I shoot 140gr. Swift A-frames around 3150fps. I'm actually cross eye dominant not left handed and this set up has changed the way I shoot.

I don't have any left-handed bolts but I do have some guns that lefty's can operate easily and effectively.

I'm hoping to add a 22lr and a 223 both in LH to the house this year for my two boys. Right now they make due with my 10/22 and a single shot 357 Mag.


The H&R varmint/pistol grip stock is adjustable for LOP with different spacers. Works great for the kiddos.

Sorry no pic, but my wife loves her left hand Browning X-Bolt 7mm-08 that she picked out herself a couple years ago. It has accounted for several Whitetails, and a beautiful 6 X 7 Utah bull.
