regardless, that source of funding has been under attack since before the initiative passed. I wouldn't pin my hopes on it.

Judging by how busy the numerous dispensaries are in SE MT. Probably make up the difference in a few weeks and the best thing is a lot of that money would be coming from Wyomingites. "winning"
