I think he's talking antelope, although Oak did get a beauty of a mountain goat with Ed Toribio.

No need to hire an outfitter for antelope. Just apply for a tag in a western WY unit with ample public lands. You won't have a problem getting a good 'lope.

I would recommend eastern wyo or quite possibly colorado.......
