I would just call this guy and buy this rifle for $978.00. It is way better than what you will find in your budget range, and it will outshoot most anything else you would get for the money...

That does look like a steal, and you have tons of nice rifles, but what does "non-certified" mean?

Looks like a B&C BDL is around $320, worth it to just get that and source a trigger guard/magwell and magazine. .

Timney trigger 2.5# elite hunter


The rings and bases are new Leupold, they'll be taken off and torqued w/loctite.
If the barrel truly is garbage, she'll get a new one.

CA’s come with Triggertech - at least the Ridgeline does.
