Idaho NR General Tag Draw

They should be available to residents as a second tag in this round. I mean they were drawn by a NR and returned already. Not sure why we feel the need to have 2 returned tag sales for NR first.

If they charged for the tags when drawn in the first place this step probably wouldn't be necessary. You guys would have gotten a tag then due to the "non serious tag returner" people not participating.

You didn't miss much. All of the elk tags went to the first 50 or so people. The DAV tags were gone after the first 100 people rolled through(My hunting partner is a retired/disabled veteran so we were both on). There were still some deer tags left when they got to me in spot 1,800. But nothing I wanted to drive 24 hours to hunt. Something about this process needs to change, but I'm not sure what.
