Looking at the 2024 Secondary Draw results, youth (NR & R) drew 22% of the elk tags available. 32% of the deer tags. NR adults drew 20% and 8% respectively. Resident adults took the rest.

My son whiffed on both elk & deer. Bummer

I'll be damned. My deer tag hit. Last year it was about a 1.5% chance for an adult.

Will be chasing both E/S elk and buck deer with the bow in same unit! Good times!

Well shit! I put my son in for the unit 40 muzzleloader deer tag…he got it. I was called and offered the 61 muzzleloader deer tag after we applied him. I might have to surrender one of the tags. We also have a 61 bear tag and my buddies son has a 61 muzzleloader cow hunt. We have a busy fall!
