I give the guy props. He didn't post a "wanted" poster and spent nearly 40 days looking for one on his own. Good for the guy that puts in the effort without a trophy shot with half a dozen guys wrapped around his buck or write a check to find his buck.

To be clear, I’m not bagging on the hunter. No shame in hunting 40 days and killing a buck at the buzzer.
Perhaps ‘Montana on the Upswing’ would have been a more appropriate place for a photo of this statewide buck.

Sorry - to me it looked like a made up image/story. It looks like he’s on the skirts of city limits in that picture. And with a buck he singled out and spent hunting “hiking” and grinding it out for 40 days to get. To each their own. Weird.
