Froggin and Fishin

Flew my nephew from Bozeman to Denver for a month this summer. I took him to our place in kansas and we did a little froggin and wiper fishing. He had a blast, froggin is pretty fun. The pic mixed in of the little guy is my 2yr old with his first fish this memorial day weekend.

Those are two of my favorite things to eat, grilled or fried stripers and fried frog legs!! MMMmmm! Those guys are having a great time!

Boy, brings back some fantastic memories!
I recall as a tot on the ranch - my "uncle" smokin his pipe giving me a quarter if I caught the loud frog... Never really knew what he did with them though BOY! I have yet to taste that type of diced ham in my eggs since!

Those stripers look like a blast! Great memories you brought them, I am sure!

He thought the frog legs were very good, so did I. We let the wipers go to get a little bigger.

I've never had frog.....does it really taste like chicken? Looks like a good time nonetheless!!
