Flew my nephew from Bozeman to Denver for a month this summer. I took him to our place in kansas and we did a little froggin and wiper fishing. He had a blast, froggin is pretty fun. The pic mixed in of the little guy is my 2yr old with his first fish this memorial day weekend.

Dang. That fishing looks like a blast and something your nephew will remember for a long time! Well done.

Those are two of my favorite things to eat, grilled or fried stripers and fried frog legs!! MMMmmm! Those guys are having a great time!

Been a long time since I've seen or even thought about a frog gig....man that brings back some memories. Good stuff... nice post.

Ditto this comment.
Boy, brings back some fantastic memories!
I recall as a tot on the ranch - my "uncle" smokin his pipe giving me a quarter if I caught the loud frog... Never really knew what he did with them though BOY! I have yet to taste that type of diced ham in my eggs since!

Those stripers look like a blast! Great memories you brought them, I am sure!
