Yep...has to be at a store in the state where you live. The sale is March 15 through the 23rd I believe....just got given the heads up on this the other day.

Probably to just be right on the first morning of the sale. I know our handgun Mgr (that is who is responsible for suppressors) has a huge set of orders in.
