Sorry I was out of the loop. I was in Greece for a week......ok, I'm not really sorry because it was great!!! They have put a 600 and up limit on the tax stamp deal.....confimed today at work (my first day back). It is going to be crazy tomorrow with this.

Can you leave the store and get a call back or text? At some point you have to account for time as value and while most prly aren’t making $100/hr, 4 hours into $200 savings is $50 which is beyond not worth it to me. Being able to leave would be though.

I was thinking about this exactly. Scheels had the nomad XC for $50 below Capitol armory and I don’t have to pay shipping so it’s approaching $300 in savings but I do have to drive back to scheels to pick up too. Hard to put a value on the time when you don’t have it to spend but it’s about a wash for me. Wife and kids came so mama got new clothes and kids got to see aquarium, taxidermy, and ride the Ferris wheel so not all was lost. They just weren’t about to wait 3 hrs for me.

Sounds like I can set up an appointment to come in and finish certifying/submitting for my tax stamp but they might be a couple weeks out.

I’ll say that I’m lucky all my trips to scheels as of late have been with wife and 2 toddlers so there hasn’t been time to mull over all the stuff a guy could want. That place is DANGEROUS! Lots of heavily discounted first lite stuff right now as well. Lots of reloading components and equip on sale too.

Guy at the COS store told me the deal was only valid for in-stock suppressors but I’m hoping our resident Scheels rep can tell me if that’s accurate. Either way, I’m ordering an Omega.

Huh, I called about the LTi XC a few days ago and they said they could order one and indicated id still get the deal. Heard a sales guy telling someone at the store they could order the model he wanted and mentioned nothing about the sale being valid either..
