Buzz- My wife wholeheartedly agrees with you. Unfortunately, she kinda wants it in the Hoosier state, but I'm still trying to convince here that somewhere a "bit" west of here would be better.

I'll probably look into the removable antler thing, it was just something I over looked. Not sure if a local taxidermist would be able to do it as well as I'd like. And I'm SUPER happy with the work from Schiermeier Taxidermy in Filer, ID. They also did my Sitka blacktail a few years back. FWIW, the cost of shipping was not all that different that the cost of flying the antlers and cape back on the plane and was a metric chit ton simpler.
