Not too exciting of a weekend, but I got out.

Here is a flock of waxwings near the lake.

The fishing was slow, so Ax and scouted a whitetail area on the Milk River. This immature eagle didn't see us when it came in for a landing.

Here is a shot of the area we were checking out. No sheds yet, but I did see two decent bucks still packing.

Axl liked the scouting better than the fishing...I had to agree, as it was pretty slow.

We did manage to catch 4 dinks (two here) and lost two biggins'. Snake bastards anyway. :BLEEP:

Man, is it hunting season yet. |oo |oo :D

Nice pics Craig. I got out today for a few hours with the dogs too, its nice.

I see its still a bit chilly up there. We are near 45 or so every day lately and its forecasted near 50 later this week. Wow.

Nice pics Miller, old axle is getting a little P&R, i just posted a couple pictures of him in the big game section...

Nice Pic's! Is that Fresno?
This was at Nelson.

Were you scouting the area I told you about? See any pheasants?
I did chase does around that area one afternoon, but haven't been back since. I saw a couple of wild roosters, but not many. Lots of 'yotes running around.

wow.

Neat pictures. I didn't go to the shooting range here last weekend because it was rainy and in the 40s. Its supposed to be in the 60s here later this week, I'll go then.
