Ha. I'm a native Oregonian, having watched the "Commiefornians" "invade". Most people I know here in the Portland area aren't even from Oregon. Every so ofetn in the news I used to see that someone here with CA plates had their car vandalized with graffiti telling them to go back to CA. I think that was usually by someone tired of increased housing or rent prices.

I think that news item has gone away due to either it not being a "thing" any more (hopefully), or due to there being so much other crime/vanadalizm that the California plates guy is less newsworthy than the little league's equipment shed being broken into for the 3rd time in 2 months.
