You have to validate your application in person. The draw is the following week, long after the show is over.

WOW! IIRC, that's his 3rd LE tag in Utah in less than 4yrs, two from the Expo raffle. I guess the publicity the Expo and Utah gets from his live hunts and write-ups aren't a bad thing for them...
