Dogs are Hunting Partners - Let's see 'em

Bare Naked is a Mountain Curr mix (L) Daizie May is a Bull Mastiff/English Mastiff mix (behind me) and Redford is a Red Nosed Pitt mix (in front). Redford is retired now, but he is my oldest living service dog. He was found on the side of the road about dead, I took him in and trained him, hell of a dog. Bare was given to me to take Redford's place, but he's to skiddish around strange folks, so I trained to be my cart puller, so I can continue to work. Daizie Mae is my current service dog and with me everywhere I go. She is in the running for being the best dog I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Never married, but they are every bit my family, friends and truly my heart.

We had just finished remodeling that house in Tennessee and were about to move back to Texas. These guys are truly the best of me.
Redford, passed 30 October 2022, he was a fine boy, lived 15 years, loved being my service dog and is sorely missed.

She’s not my hunting partner but is a sweetheart. Teething and drooling like crazy hence the towels. Heck she is supposed to be my wife’s dog. Yes she’s a doodle. Came home to her after being gone hunting for a week.

Yellow labs might be the perfect dog minus the shedding and insatiable hunger.
