Ruby got herself a Dokken pheasant to chase. I wasn't sure if she'd be able to pick it up, it seemed huge. She got it figured out, though. Really looking forward to getting her out on real birds come August.

This girl started out skittish around the water. I thought I was going to have to put in work to get her comfortable with swimming before her NA test. Once she discovered the water, though, it was game over, and now I can't keep her out.

After agreeing we would wait until next year to get dogs due to moving, buying a new house, house projects, and switching jobs I surprised my wife with a Corgi puppy 8 weeks ago then surprised her again with a Lab puppy for myself two weeks ago. I came pretty close to having to sleep with the dogs after that but eventually puppy cuteness won her over.

This girl was my baby girls best friend and guardian. We got her when she was three months old and my daughter was 8. They did everything together and I’ve never seen a dog so loyal to a person. She was the best dog I have ever known and probably ever will. We lost her in Nov of 2020 and I miss her coming up to my truck when I get home from work everyday!
