Cilantro - how do you have ANY Mexican food without it?

Onions - a burger without fresh onion, really?

Pineapple and jalapeños on pizza, yes please.

The only purpose for ketchup is to mix with Mayo to make fry sauce.

Fresh sliced tomatoes with a little salt and cracked pepper are divine.

How in the word do you thicken gumbo without okra? Seriously.

Ribs should pull off the bone, not fall.

Watermelon (cold) after a hot mountain bike ride is wonderful.

Fresh apples are awesome.

Have tried soooo many times.... ate my fill of spuds, bacon, and onions but still find that piece of liver staring back at me from the plate 🤢

Gotta agree with all of this but the fry sauce! Never even heard of it until I went to the Burnt bun in Salmon ID.
 
We make what we call Salsamole. Basically Pico with lime and avocado in it. Throw in enough of your favorite heat. Yummm!

I could live on this stuff.

Mrs45 says you can't have her recipe, figure it out for yourself.
We did something similiar on Sunday. We used my wife's homemade salsa, added a bunch of avocados and various other ingredients and it was to die for.
 
Wanna see controversial ingredients? LOL Google up Korean street food or do a trip and walk down the markets of Osan, South Korea. I tried some of it. Some aint bad, some made me want to regurgitate after the first bite.
 
Kettlehouse, Bayern, and Red Lodge are masters of the dark beer.
Maybe. I'm not a huge dark beer person, so I'm not a good judge.

Overall, meh on Bayern, Redlodge is decent, Kettlehouse 2/5 stars.

Neptune's is my favorite MT spot. Bozeman Brewing does some cool stuff as well.

Cerebral Brewing in Denver is my #1 right now.
 
The only fry sauce is Ranch dressing with Tabasco.

Pineapple does not belong on pizza or in salads. I'm not sure where it belongs except fresh while are in Hawaii.

I once lost a hunting buddy when I put yellow mustard on his sandwich. No lie!
How come everyone wants to put mustard on Big Fin's sammich?
