Company Wellness Program

So we started this deal at work where they check you all out healthwise and tell you what you need to work on, etc. If you meet certain criteria you get a small discount on your premiums. If you have any problem areas; body mass, cholesterol, high blood pressure, blood sugar, etc. they have a counselor work with you to help you start getting things turned around.

So anyway, this gal told me I was fat. So I told her she had small tits.
Off to a pretty good start on the wellness program, other than the black eye.

I get that at home every night from the nurse... I need to quit smoking, I eat bad. then I get a physical and the doc told me I'm healthy.

had to do a nuclear stress test last year, the doc hem hawed around and asked if he could be blunt. I figure the worst, but said go ahead. He said your the fittest fat man I have ever seen. I said "Thanks, and you speak pretty good english for being an Oriental"
