However, the BLM and FS, have, are, and will be finding their collective asses in a sling over non-compliance with the Natural Resource Policies and Acts passed by Congress.

Thats true Buzz...probably gonna depend on what Party is in the majority in Congress as to how tight that sling is gonna get...but then again, its just one branch of the Fed policing another...
