I have a friend who gives a case of Milwaukee's best and a shovel as a gift for every major life event. (Graduation, wedding, etc) It's pretty funny, and has kind of become his thing.

This^^ I just bought one of these and was able to to skin out and quarter 1 1/2 deer and the blades are very easy to replace and the locking tab to hold them in place is very reliable.
