I know, right? I, too, will see a chunk of wood helping steady a deer or elk head and think, wow, what a drop tine! The antlers had nothing that interesting.

Can't believe I missed this the first time. Great hunt and thanks for sharing! My pard hunted the Jarbidge on his own a few years back. Said it might be the best elk hunt he's ever been one. Very neat country.
