AZ Archery Buck

Just got home with a buck I been dreaming about most of my life. Got very lucky and bagged this 16-2/8" x 7" stud...85-5/8" gross. Watched the buck the day before and setup a popup blind where I thought he was watering. He came in about noon and I was able to slip one in at 52 yards. All you antelope hunters out there who want to hunt big bucks, don't hesitate on an archery tag - in AZ, it might be the ultimate ticket for a big un.

John, yeah, heading up to unit 87 today to hopefully whack another. Are you putting in some time in the hot sun?

I drew a rifle buck tag for 135, so no archery for me this year

How many preference points did it take too draw?

I drew mine with 4 points. According to MM I only had a 43% chance of drawing, plus they cut the tag allocation in half...but somehow I drew
