Sorry about the trouble there! Your account getting logged out without action on your side does sounds like a bug. Can you shoot us an email to [email protected]? That will allow our Customer Support team to look into this and get it rectified for you.

It seems to be remedied. I think it was a snafu during transition of annual auto fee payment. Time will tell.

I just noticed a red outline in some areas in Wyoming labeled 'Winter Wildlife Restriction'. How do I turn it off?

Turn off Gov't land layer.
It should be a separate layer ...
The only option I have for Gov't land layer for Wyoming turns off all the BLM, FS, etc. Im really only wanting to turn off the Winter Wildlife Restrictions outline. But its not a deal breaker. Just more noise to deal with.1000009674.jpg

About 2 weeks ago I noticed when I clicked on "Hunt Map Layers" it would bring up a box with the last 5-10 layers I used. This was super handy when wanting a layer but also being able to turn if off to see "under" the layer. Mainly used it with the historical fire layer. Now that box is gone and it just brings up the list of all the active states and layers I have.

Anyone know how to get that box back?

Has OnX ever considered utilizing Google Earth imagery for their satellite images instead of mapbox? Google Earth has superior image quality, and historical imagery that is helpful as well.

heard OnX is for sale....IMO they have lost their lead position and quality. Will be interesting what happens

We recently updated the recent layers feature on the mobile app and it looks a little different. If you can update your app, you'll start to see the new interface when you turn some layers on and off.

We have looked at Google imagery, but Google does not allow their imagery to be saved for offline use. To ensure that our imagery stayed the same whether you are online, or utilizing an offline map, we have decided to use other imagery providers.

Hello OnX

I'm using the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 with the OnX Hunt app
is there a +/- zoom on screen that could be used to zoom in/out with one finger vs using the two finger "sweep"? The webmap version on PC has the zoom key

I'm using the Tablet as a GPS while driving and it would be way easier to simple push a +/- zoom key vs. the "sweep" Is there a way to add it to screen or, worst case scenario, could the OnX techs create one ?
Thanks

At this time, there is not a +/- button to zoom on the screen.

Right now, you can zoom with the two finger pinch/pull apart method, or by quickly double tapping the screen and sliding your finger up and down to zoom in and out.

If your vehicle has a head unit that has Android Auto or Apple CarPlay capability, those units will have a +/- button to zoom.

I'll pass your request for a +/- button along to our engineering team and they may be able to build that feature in the future.
