I just checked the price of palladium, and see it is up substantially from last year. There were some really large layoffs at the mines, roughly a year ago. A young woman, who is a personal trainer, at the local gym, was very worried her husband would be among those laid off. Fortunately, he did not get laid off. I'm happy to see that the mines are, likely, very profitable now.

S&P 500 likely to drop back into the red YTD tomorrow. Not a great look leading up to the midterms, although the year leading up to midterm elections have historically been choppy.

You were ripping on crypto a few years ago when Bitcoin was under $20,000. Literally right at its bottom. Even with its recent decline, it's still up about 4x since those posts.

And, tepid job growth since sworn into office. And, wholesales prices are doing what they do starting about 8 months after tariffs are put on Americans (hopefully are not still thinking China pays all these import tariffs because that is not how a tariff works) which is about when all the old inventory is long gone so the costs as replenish inventories are hitting your pocketbook every week. Oh, groceries are up.
We are at war with Iran when were told the self-ordained Peace President could negotiate a great deal with Iran. On and on. I wonder if Barron has a bone spur, too? The Queen had her boys serve.
If this was an employee coming in tomorrow for their annual performance review, would be a very poor rating given and likely go on a PIP. But, hey, a new ballroom is underway and the Epstein matter was all fake other than those other countries holding their officials accountable so perhaps is not quite all fake and one or two children had some very bad experiences. But, he barely knew Epstein, right? I probably am in a few hundred pictures with Epstein. Let me check. Nope. Not in a single picture. How odd.
