I think 12-15k seems fair if the guy doesn’t skimp on hardware, etc.

structural screws, flashing tape, hidden fastening systems, and all those goodies add up quickly.

Getting it done starting today!!! Ended up with a referral from my gunshop owner 13K gets me syn decking, redwood posts and drink rail with black aluminum balusters. Demo is already about 1/2 done after 3 hours (they are running the first load to the dump as I type). Heading to IN for the next week so should have a deck when we get back

I built this 300 SqFt deck for some folks. they only spent $1850.00 in materials.



Had to work around the pool. Close fit.
