1st attempt

Trying my 1st attempt at Lasagna tonight. Sauce should be sommered in about 1 1/2 hrs. from now. Gonna let it rest & smooth till tommorrow evening, then slow bake. We'll see how it turns out on Sunday.

I have a hard time with the noodles, one time they are mush the next time they are crunchy.
