10th Circuit Corner Crossing Ruling: What does this mean for MT?

Could it maybe not help by spreading pressure out amongst previously inaccessible lands? Give the current accessible populations a break?

I’m sure you’ll snap back and say no. I’m just spitballing. I certainly don’t think it’s going to increase the number of hunters afield.
The only thing keeping wildlife alive in Montana is lack of access. It’s a free for all, if you opened up everything with Montana management history will repeat itself. You can call me a sniveling bitch but that is a fact. Especially in open terrain with the technology we have. You won’t solve Montana’s issues with more access it will make it worse.

I've posted this before, and plan on updating this analysis in the very near future, but for a more accurate picture of what is and is not "illegal" in Montana, read this:

I was impressed with her answers at her confirmation hearing, and I know she is willing to work with conservation orgs on these issues. It is worth noting that she emphasized in this article using block mgmt to bypass corner issues, which is the bill we brought in the last session.
